Hi, my name is Hendrik and during my PhD I  investigate the early development of carbon fixation in Rubisco. I am looking at the interface of carboxylating form III Rubiscos and non-carboxylating form IV Rubiscos (also termed Rubisco-Like Proteins) to find structural features that led to the improvement of enzymatic carbon fixation.
